Executive Management as we provide it means the temporary management or supervision of reorganization processes. Within our organization, we recognize three different types of management: crisis management, transition management, and conflict management.

Aside from economic interest, the interpersonal processes should be duly considered in order to reach a sustainable acceptance of the desired objectives.
It is highly recommended to hire an external organization for advice on and implementation of the planned reorganization.
Experience shows that internal handling of reorganizations most often leads to biased results. Naturally, this is not what you intend to achieve.

Having the reorganization implemented by the organization that presented the plan, provides more clarity about the end results. New brooms sweep clean, and as such have more effect.
